How to arrange your destruction service
- Request a quote: call us or complete the quotation form. Tell us the quantity and type of material, and the address where destruction is needed.
- Arrange an appointment: we send a no-obligation quotation with the price calculation and conditions. Once you agree, our planning team arranges a date with you.
- On-site destruction: our truck comes to the agreed location. We destroy the material under your supervision and issue a certificate. The remains are taken for responsible recycling.
Destruction is carried out in accordance with DIN 66399. You can pay by debit card at your premises or on account. We offer a 2.5% discount for debit card payment, applied directly to your invoice.
Do I need to remove binders, staples or paper clips?
No. You can provide complete archives, including ring binders, staples, paper clips, plastic sleeves and binding systems. Our industrial shredders process the material together.
Do I receive proof of destruction?
Yes. After destruction, we provide a certificate stating the type and quantity of material destroyed. Keep this with your administration and audit records.
What happens to the shredded paper?
The unreadable paper fragments are taken to recycling processors, where the material can become raw material for new paper products.
How is the price calculated?
