Good to know before we visit!
You can hand over your archives complete with ring binders, archive boxes and binding systems. No time wasted unnecessarily removing ring binders, staples, plastic sleeves and binding mechanisms. We destroy everything together, right at your premises, reducing it to unreadable shreds.
WHAT IS DOCUMENT SHREDDING?
Archive destruction means destroying outdated or surplus archives. Many archive documents have a minimum retention period, while some also have a maximum retention period. A professional provider can destroy old or surplus archives securely and help you comply with these requirements. We do this quickly and securely, bringing our truck to you and destroying the archives on site. Our employee weighs the material in batches and puts it into a shredder.
WHAT IS MOBILE DOCUMENT SHREDDING?
Mobile archive destruction means carrying out archive destruction on site. At ASK, we have installed a destruction system inside a truck, allowing us to provide a mobile service.
WHAT DOES MOBILE DOCUMENT SHREDDING COST?
Our pricing method and fast service make us one of the most affordable document shredding providers in the Netherlands. We charge no call-out fees and use a fair, clear rate based on the archive's weight. Visit our rates page or contact us for more information.
